SWFWMD Permits and Site Inspections
A condition of any SWFWMD permit requires that all applicants must submit an inspection report to the District in accordance with a specific schedule.

All inspection reports provide assurance to the District that the surface water management system is properly operated and maintained. The inspection report will include the District form "Statement of Inspection for Proper Operation and Maintenance".
​
As per the District every form must be certified by a Florida registered Professional Engineer and Howard Civil Engineering is has over 20 years of proficient experience with this process to make it seemless.
