Howard Civil Engineering's commercial engineering experience is extensive. It ranges from larger projects such as retail strip centers and warehouses, to smaller ones such as banks and shoe stores.
At Howard Civil Engineering, we have proven our medical engineering skills through a spectrum of projects, from hospitals to medical suites, centers, and parks.
Our work on places of worship encompasses a diverse array of sizes and denominations, such as Presbyterian, Baptist, Pentecostal, and independent churches.
We have designed and engineered a full-service animal clinic and a 5000-square-foot facility featuring a surgical hospital, doggie daycare park, and luxury boarding center.

The environmental resource permit ensures that the permit authorizes activities or situations that are not harmful to the water resources or inconsistent with the public interest. Howard Civil Engineering does SWFWMD site inspections for permit approvals.
